The Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with 2-4 years of recruiting experience to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have a go-getter attitude, be comfortable with ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top IT talent, while driving the recruitment process from start to finish. The Impact You'll Have
Source and attract top IT talent through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and talent pools.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and overall potential.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay current with IT trends, technologies, and competitive recruiting strategies.
Leverage data and metrics to optimize recruitment processes and make data-driven decisions.
Work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced startup environment, helping to shape the growth of the company.
Handle high-volume recruitment, balancing multiple roles at once while ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
What We’re Looking For
Strong knowledge of IT and tech industry trends, with the ability to assess technical skills and understand the needs of hiring managers.
2-4 years of experience recruiting for IT roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment or startup setting.
Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top IT talent across a variety of roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and IT support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles simultaneously in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.
Must be comfortable traveling (up to 20%)
